Employment & Skills Board
Improving the skills of Norfolk's workforce remains a priority for the partnership as a whole.

After 10 years of success, the Norfolk Learning Partnership will cease in its current form on 31st March 2010, confident that the partnership links it has forged are now well established.
A newly formed employment and skills board will take over the role of overseeing skills development to grow Norfolk's adult skills base.
The Skills strategy is almost completed and an action plan is being agreed.
The challenges:
There are three key challenges facing the county:
- low skills
- low productivity
- the skills mismatch
We aim to address these challenges by simultaneously focusing on the three strands of:
- the individual
- the employer
- the system
